Description

The farmhouse is located in a wooded area, which is accessed through a spectacular mountain road. It is surrounded by a leafy forest of holm oaks, oaks and pines, close to a charming river.

Sant Jaume de Lierca. The river Fluviá divides the municipality into two large areas, on the left the land is flat and the majority of the population and industrial activity is located here, while on the right side of the river the terrain is hilly with pine and oak woods. When the River Fluviá flows through the village, it meets the River Llierca, which marks the boundary of the municipal district.

To the north and west it borders Montagut, to the east with Argelaguer and to the south with the villages of Sant Joan les Fonts, Santa Pau and Sant Farrerol. The municipality includes the villages of Sant Jaume de Llierca, Can Coma and Hostalnou.

Its economy is based on agriculture, particularly cereals, and the sausage and canned meat industry.
