Description

Spectacular farmhouse dating back to the 19th century with 5,000 square meters of land and 60 hectares of land around it, largely native forest, oak, red pine, among many others, of which ten hectares are of cultivated fields.

It is worth noting as peculiarity of this property the fact that it is not only a farmhouse; but actually conceived as a small, self-sufficient village in every respect.

The main house is joined, by the back, to a series of annexes that make it a fantastic and special construction for its design and distribution.

These annexes, which at one time were the dwellings of the service, the field staff, as well as stables, chicken coops, stables and barns; give it that charm of a small and orderly town. Charming.

The entrance to the property, once you have traveled a wonderful path of access to the estate, is made through a semicircular stone arch that precedes the garden and that in turn this guide towards the main entrance of the house.

The house is arranged by two constructive bodies that protrude from the whole and are crossed, parallel to the façade, by two arched passages, which give it a fantastic solemnity until arriving at the entrance.

The main house is actually distributed in three building bodies joined together.

This room gives way to the third building body of the main house, which was the chapel of the farmhouse and where today is the second hall accessible also from the outside terrace.

This area is located the main dining room of this floor, bar and professional kitchen fully equipped.

Also, from this second hall we access to a full double bathroom. To which also we can accede from the zone of stairs, that shares this like courtesy toilet to the main entrance and its attached hall.

 

First floor: Through the extraordinary and comfortable carpeted wooden stairs you reach the first floor.

We access it through a small multipurpose room with fireplace, very cozy, with glazed windows, which gives access to large living room, even more cozy if possible, with plaster ceilings in the ceilings and walls with wooden ceiling solid and two fireplaces. It has unbeatable views of the garden and the forest of the property.
