Description

Wonderful country estate dating from the twelfth century (corresponding to Bundles of Count of Barcelona and King of Aragon Ramon Berenguer IV / 1131-1162 where Pere Castell de Sant Feliu de Terrassola appears Documentation). Located in the Bages has 101 hectares and is located on a hill in idyllic countryside with spectacular views of the region.

 All the buildings have the latest security measures: burglar and fire alarms connected to central alarm, fire extinguishers, anti-lightning, fire sleeves.

Buildings and facilities: The total floor area is 2,480 m2 

Forest occupies most of the hundred and one hectares, found in them pines, especially red pine, oak, some firs and oaks, some of them centuries old. 85% of the farm area is forested; fodder cultivation is 11%, 1,000 m2 of gardens for vegetables for their own consumption and the remaining four hectares, corresponding to urbanized service area.

The library is exceptionally splendid lighting that allows the location of any of the hundreds of individuals who are in it. It can be accessed from the outside by a ladder from the inside through one of the rooms on the first floor.

In the vicinity of the Masia there is a Florentine garden whith numerous and valuable works of art: three modernist sculptural figures of Carrara marble from Florence, vases Roman style of the nineteenth century, columns of different styles and periods, four figures of women representing the four seasons , a Neptune-size marble, marble benches, fountains and endless details.

Additional Buildings:

Annex Masia. This building is rectangular with twofold cover with Arabic tiles and stone facades that integrates with the set, it is in the back of the house near but independent. It has two floors, ground level private rear garden and basement floor Masia, a total of 570 m2.

Downstairs: where there is a distributor with access to four large rooms and a library, guest bathroom.

Basement: It is a large room and warehouse, gymnasium, showers, bathrooms and a fully equipped winery. On the same floor on the outside of the south is a large summer dining, full kitchen and large BBQ with direct access to the pool, sun terraces and garden.

Housing keepers: This building is 180 m2 on two floors.

Ground floor: Dining room with full kitchen, two single bedrooms, bathroom.

First floor: Large double room with toilet. He has covered two-pronged, with Arabic tiles and stone facades that integrates with the set.
