Description

Farmhouse dating from 1740 with 640m2 built and 366,000m2 of land around it.

The structure of the main farmhouse is a square building body, with a facade facing south east. The roof is gabled roofed east-west.

There is another rectangular construction annexed to the main house, with a gabled roof and west facing, which is used as barns and garages for agricultural machinery.

The surroundings of the farmhouse are of fields and forests, half of which are cultivated fields.

It was located in the Pla de L'Estany region.

The house is distributed in three floors:

Ground Floor: Entrance to the house through a small distributor that leads to the old blocks of the farmhouse, with a total of five large rooms, four of them with vaulted stone ceilings.

First floor: Large kitchen / dining room with fireplace, which in turn acts as a distributor for some of the rooms in the house.

This room has access to a terrace with views of the fields of the property. A complete bathroom, five rooms, four of them with vaulted ceiling and the last one is a very spacious diaphanous room with a direct exit to the garden.

Second floor: Living room with access to terrace overlooking the fields and forest of the property, three bedrooms, a fourth room, where the water tank of the house is located.

The farm does not have electric network light, but a photovoltaic system of electric light for the house.
