Description

Masia to be reformed with thirty-one hectares of land, of which 12 are of cultivation fields and the rest of autochthonous forest.

It is located in the region of Alt Empordà, and is dated in the 1700. It has 730m2 built with several annexes.

Located in a very quiet and well connected. To thirteen kilometers of the commercial centers, supermarkets and leisure centers, as well as of the networks of road communication and important transport of the region, Ave, highway and airport. Thirty-five kilometers from the beaches of the Bay of Roses.

The house is distributed in two floors.
