Masia of the XVI century with later extensions in the XVII and XVIII centuries and with a constructed area of 3.000m2.
It is surrounded by 250 hectares of own land, of which 230 are of forest and 20 of cultivated fields in production.
Located in the municipality of Castellterçol, province of Barcelona in the region of Moianés.
It has been recently restored following the architectural style of the time and respecting the essence of this type of constructions so peculiar as well as extraordinary.
The house is distributed in three floors and several annexes:
Ground floor: On the main facade is the entrance with an important wooden gate that gives the main access to the house, a large inner courtyard at two heights and the old garage with vaulted ceiling that was used to store the carriages as well several rooms, a guadarnés, several work rooms. Main staircase giving access to the noble floor of the house. At the landing of the stairs, as you climb to the floor, you will find a large cellar with two very large rooms.
