Description
Typical Catalan farmhouse dating from 1736, has 730 m2 and four hectares of land around between fields and forest. It is one of the best preserved sites of the Costa Brava, despite its proximity to major tourism centers, such as Platja D'Aro and Sant Feliu.
It is divided into three floors.
Ground floor: Entrance hall, living room, dining room with fireplace, a bedroom, a bathroom with storage room, pantry, kitchen, fireplace, double bakery; room, pantry and cellar, vaulted ceilings cane.
First floor: hall distributor, two bedrooms with living room and one bedroom with bathroom and terrace, three bedrooms, one with a fireplace, two bathrooms and a shower room, large living room with fireplace large windows.
