       WHAT TO DO

Enjoy one of the beaches with most personality of the Costa Brava, with its crystalline water, incomparable natural surroundings and all conveniences provided.

This enormous, essentially family beach is one of the most beautiful of the Catalan coast and presents one with an unforgettable sea bathing experience. The coastal path allows one to reach neighbouring beaches which are also accessible with small boats.

Not every beach can boast that it has so many services: showers, a wooden walkway that takes one on to the sand (accessible to those with reduced mobility), restaurants, bars and establishments to carry out sports and nautical activities.

Sa Riera’s restaurants (and all of those in Begur) offer fish, meat and vegetable dishes where the celebrated rockfish, highly appreciated by lovers of the cuisine of the Empordà for its taste and quality, stand out. Every year, the Rockfish Gastronomic Campaign pays homage to this product of the sea.
